In Development — Early Access
An upcoming AI calling assistant designed to follow up with customers who requested contact or gave your business permission to call — answering questions from approved information, qualifying interest and recording clear next steps for your team.
Development status: This product is currently in development and is not yet available for general customer use. We are inviting businesses to register their interest in early access and potential pilot opportunities. No public launch date has been confirmed.
Customers who ask for a callback expect to hear back while they are still interested. Busy sales teams cannot always call every request promptly or record what was agreed.
Enquiries from forms, websites and showrooms can pile up, and follow-up may happen after the customer has moved on.
Different team members ask different questions, so qualification details vary from one enquiry to the next.
What the customer wanted, what they asked and what happens next are not always recorded for the person who takes over.
The assistant is planned to build on the document-grounded answer engine behind CosmiRoNex AI website and QR assistants, and on the voice technology behind their browser voice where it is enabled, for authorised follow-up calls.
Call back customers who asked to be contacted, at the time window your team allows.
Follow up existing sales enquiries and ask your approved qualification questions in natural conversation.
Answer product and quotation-related questions using only business-approved information.
Capture consultation requests and confirm appointments the customer has already requested, for your team to finalise.
Record what the customer is interested in and the next step they agreed to.
Give your team a consistent summary of each call, including any request not to be called again.
A proposed, permission-based call flow. Steps, integrations and controls will be confirmed during development and pilots.
The customer submits an enquiry or callback request, or otherwise gives your business appropriate permission to call.
Your team chooses which permitted contacts to follow up, the purpose of the call and the approved information the assistant may use.
It introduces itself as an AI assistant calling on behalf of your business, explains why it is calling, answers questions and respects a request to stop.
A structured summary of the outcome, customer intent and agreed next action is passed to your sales team.
Planned examples of permission-based follow-up calls. These are illustrative scenarios, not descriptions of existing customer deployments.

The initial product is intended for authorised, permission-based calling only. These design principles describe intent, not certified or guaranteed behaviour.
Calls are intended only for customers who requested contact or otherwise gave your business appropriate permission to call.
The assistant is not designed for unsolicited mass cold calling, purchased lists or random dialling.
Each call is designed to begin by saying it is an AI assistant calling on behalf of your business, and why.
Requests not to be called again are designed to be recorded and respected, and calls limited to the hours your business allows.
The assistant follows up and qualifies interest; pricing commitments, negotiations and contracts stay with your sales team.
Your business remains responsible for meeting the telemarketing, consent and data-protection rules in the markets you call. The assistant is being designed to support those obligations; we do not claim that using it guarantees regulatory compliance.
Who the assistant is designed to call, what it will and will not do, and what is not yet available.
Each product works independently or together as part of a complete customer engagement setup.
